Job Description
Our client is a leader in agricultural innovation in Thailand, providing advanced machinery such as tractors and harvesters. They deliver reliable, efficient solutions tailored to local needs through a strong dealer network.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales in the designated territory by identifying new prospects and working directly with dealers to achieve sales goals.
- Lead the sales team to reach set sales targets and expand market share.
- Manage all sales and marketing efforts within the assigned territory, including regular site visits with dealers and the sales team to engage with current and potential clients.
- Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement territory-specific market development strategies.
- Support brand development and carry out promotional activities to strengthen market presence.
- Monitor and report on competitor actions, market trends, and relevant insights.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure dealers receive necessary support for business growth.
- Attend monthly management meetings and complete any other duties assigned.
- Guide and mentor team members to achieve their performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in sales, dealer or direct sales, marketing, or business development.
- Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, adaptability under pressure, effective interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach.
- Competencies: Customer-centric mindset, high accountability, and high levels of integrity.
- Additional Requirements: Proven experience in team management and coaching, fluency in English, and a willingness to travel as needed.
