Job Description

Our client is one of the specialists in the international logistics business. Now, they are looking for a customer service expert to be a part of their team.

Responsibilities

  • Doing follow-up on Purchase Orders (P/O).
  • Handling bookings and schedules with the carrier.
  • Preparing and updating shipping schedules to Shipper and Consignee at destination.
  • Coordinating shipments and providing relevant information.
  • Managing customer inquiries and solving problems efficiently.
  • Preparing shipping documents and verifying commercial documents before B/L release.
  • Creating invoices for collection payment and follow-up for overdue payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Experience in customer service in the import-export field.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or import-export cargo is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Active, adaptive, and detail-oriented.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.00
