Job Description
Our client is one of the specialists in the international logistics business. Now, they are looking for a customer service expert to be a part of their team.
Responsibilities
- Doing follow-up on Purchase Orders (P/O).
- Handling bookings and schedules with the carrier.
- Preparing and updating shipping schedules to Shipper and Consignee at destination.
- Coordinating shipments and providing relevant information.
- Managing customer inquiries and solving problems efficiently.
- Preparing shipping documents and verifying commercial documents before B/L release.
- Creating invoices for collection payment and follow-up for overdue payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Experience in customer service in the import-export field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or import-export cargo is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Active, adaptive, and detail-oriented.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.00
