Our client is a transportation management provider in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Doing fleet requirements and route optimization.
- Handling fleet standard control and transportation compliance.
- Handling fleet utilization and making sure delivery is on time as per customer window time.
- Handlingleet productivity and performance controlling.
- Establishing the goal/target and monitor the Performance to maintain its smoothness.
- Analyzing all available data/information to find improvement feasibility or oversee unpredictable situations.
- Creating a problem-solving method to find out the root cause.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, Management or related fields.
- At least 1-5 years experience in transport and logistics operations.
- Awareness of the functionality of Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Solid understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to ensure compliance with procedures and practices.
- MS Office Program.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- High analytical and Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation.
- Team building and motivation skills.
