Job Description

  • Preparing documents for requesting import and export licenses to facilitate marketing and sales.
  • Cooperating with government agencies involved in license permits, renewing licenses and other related matters.
  • Supporting the internal team in terms of Regulatory and Trade Compliance matters.
  • Being able to check and review for import license requirements for each item from customs and related authorities.
  • Preparing a document in making a power of attorney to apply for a license / discuss the import and export of goods.
  • Preparing documents to apply for a license with government agencies.
  • Sending documents to renew the license and check the expiration date of the license.
  • Being able to travel and connect with the government sector in Bangkok.
  • Supporting regulatory documents (Sor Or 1, Wor Or 1 and GHS) as customer requests.
  • Preparing a report (วอ.อก.7) in the online system.
  • Performing other related works as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant fields such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Applied Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or Industrial Science and Technology.
  • Attention to detail in the documentation.
  • Service-minded and good interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written written) is required required.
  • Knowledge of Thailand customs laws and regulations, import import/export regulations, especially HS Tariff Classification, Country of Origin, and Export Export/Import Licensing, chemicals, and equipment authorities authorities’ requirements requirements.
  • Experienced in logistics, and import/export knowledge knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, listening and communication skills that will develop long-term internal and external relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Project).
