Our client is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in the Property Development Industry who can drive business growth through powerful marketing and sales alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales-driven marketing strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Utilizing data analytics and market insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing branding, digital marketing, and traditional marketing efforts to enhance brand positioning.
  • Ensuring marketing campaigns align with business objectives and effectively communicate projects' unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Guiding the team in media planning, content creation, and customer experience strategies.
  • Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
  • Adjusting marketing strategies based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Innovating pricing, promotions, and communication strategies to stay competitive.
  • Working closely with internal teams (sales, product development, finance) and external partners (agencies, media, developers).
  • Developing partnerships to expand brand reach and increase customer engagement.
  • Managing budget allocation for marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate marketing and sales, preferably in housing.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, CRM, and lead generation optimization.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth through marketing initiatives.
