Job Details

Managed primary client enquiries in Thai either English or Chinese, and coordinated the treatment journey of patients in a medium-sized clinic according to medical regulations, privacy regulations, and adherence to company protocols and policy. Duties include but are not limited to, primary receipt and answering of patient enquiries, provision of accurate treatment and financial information to clients.

Provision of basic services and information to admitted patients, scheduling of appointments and coordination and communication of patient treatments, services and information to clinicians and relevant departments, collection of required patient registration information under medical regulations, all done following medical regulations, privacy regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Being the primary contact for, and answering, new patient enquiries from all types of media.
  • Providing clear, appropriate, useful, and timely information to meet the requirements of the patient and their enquiry.
  • Coordinating follow-up on enquiries.
  • Providing basic services and information to all admitted patients continuously through their treatment and/or cycles.
  • Coordinating and communicating patient information to various departments and clinicians according to the clinic's operating systems, protocols, standards, and the requirements of the patients.
  • Being responsible for scheduling patient appointments.
  • Being responsible for the collection of basic patient registration information.
  • Providing services to patients according to the standards and quality policy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in any related field.
  • 3+ years experience in IVF industry, health or related duties.
  • Able to work on days when holidays do not fall on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Have a service mind and decision-making ability in many situations.
  • Skilled in customer service and treatment coordination.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Have good knowledge and use of either spoken and written English or spoken and written Chinese (HSK level 5 up).
  • Have good computer skills in the use of email, social media and office applications.
  • Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30
  • Working days: Work 5 days, 2 days off (off days do not include Saturdays and Sundays).
