Job Details
- Handling customer and supplier inquiries.
- Coordinating and monitoring all customer and supplier orders, from submission to final delivery.
- Acting as a liaison between customers, the sales office, and internal production teams.
- Supporting order management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in the related industry (Jewelry, Diamonds, Gemstones, etc.).
- Good command of the English language.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
