Job Details

• Handling customer and supplier inquiries.
• Coordinating and monitoring all customer and supplier orders, from submission to final delivery.
• Acting as a liaison between customers, the sales office, and internal production teams.
• Supporting order management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in the related industry (Jewelry, Diamonds, Gemstones, etc.).
• Good command of the English language.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
