Job Description
- Processing travel requirements from clients.
- Managing flight bookings according to client preferences and confirming all reservation details.
- Preparing and sending detailed fare quotations to clients for their review and approval.
- Checking fare and pricing
- Issuing tickets upon client approval and handling all necessary documentation.
- Managing reissues, refunds, and any other ticket-related changes as needed.
- Verifying booking details, such as date of birth, passport information, frequent flyer details, and flight itinerary (departure and destination).
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 - 18.00.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in ticketing and reservation.
- Strong in using the Amadeus Program.
- Prior experience in issuing flight tickets, with knowledge of fare rules and pricing.
