Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Attending to client queries via phone calls and emails.
  • Ensuring that all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately.
  • Promoting goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving high client satisfaction, and fostering client loyalty.
  • Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities during daily work activities.

Qualifications

  • Service-oriented with an interest in customer service functions.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in hotel reservations, hotel reception, or call center operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, with HSK 5 or higher.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and a strong team player.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Able to work in shifts.
