Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Support on necessary training needs of the employees and coordinate employee training & development activities.
• Ensure training records are submitted to Department of Skill Development Department within specific deadline and manage annual submission as per legal requirements.
• Supporting employees on performance management processes.
• Preparing and maintaining employee benefits such as leave benefits, social security fund, provident fund, healthcare insurance, annual medical checkup, vaccine, etc.
• Handling OT calculation for employees and submit to payroll vendor.
• Supporting employee engagement activities and ensure action plan are executed.
• Organizing annual employee activity such as New Year party, sport day etc.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Handling local legal requirements.
o Annual Workmen Compensation contribution.
o Working Condition submit to Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
o Submit report and contribution to Department of Empowerment of Penson with Disability.
• Conduct offboarding processes.
• Creating and maintaining employee information and employee movement such as hiring, termination, promotion and transfer in SuccessFactors to ensure data integrity, quality and availability of information and including employee files and records.
• Supporting assignment of global HR initiatives.
• Handling workpermit application for management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Good command in English & Thai both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
