Our client is a property management provider in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Managing various matters for the benefit of management and ensuring that the common property is maintained in a normal and ready-to-use condition at all times, for the benefit of the co-owners.
- Purchasing/acquiring assets and providing various facilities to co-owners in the condominium, following the regulations issued by the condominium committee.
- Collecting "common expenses" from co-owners to cover the costs of maintaining and repairing the public utility systems, as well as the common property and other services in the condominium.
- Implementing the resolutions of the general meeting of co-owners or the decisions of the condominium committee, in compliance with the regulations of the condominium juristic person and the Condominium Act.
- Overseeing the use of both individual units and the rights to common property by co-owners and residents, by the spirit of the Condominium Act, the regulations, and the rules of the condominium juristic person, both existing and future.
- Acting as a representative of the condominium juristic person within the scope of the Condominium Act, the regulations of the condominium juristic person, or the resolutions of the general meeting of co-owners, and have the authority to follow up, collect debts, file lawsuits, enforce actions, etc.
- Managing urgent cases, having the authority to manage safety matters for the building and taking any necessary actions as a reasonable person would to protect and manage their own property.
- Organizing general meetings as stipulated in the regulations of the condominium juristic person.
- Establishing regulations for the condominium juristic person with the approval of the committee, in compliance with the Condominium Act and the regulations of the condominium juristic person.
- Supervising the operations of the personnel of the condominium juristic person and the contracting company.
Qualifications
- Open gender, 40-50 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in management or related field.
- Has experience in property management of 7-10 years.
- Has experience in team management for 3-5 years
- Good English communication skills.
- Having experience in retail and commercial property management is a must.
