- Trend & Market Analysis: Monitoring food industry trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for new products and solutions.
- Sustainability Focus: Integrating sustainable and health-conscious practices into product development, ensuring alignment with eco-friendly and nutritional standards.
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of food scientists, chefs, and developers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Consumer-Centric Design: Ensuring new products meet consumer expectations in terms of taste, convenience, quality, and nutritional value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in food product development and innovation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in food science, market trends, and sustainability.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and bring products to market successfully.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
