Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Supervising and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets.

    • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
    • Monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients.
    • Ensuring exceptional personalized service to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Training and Development

    • Conducting training sessions to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Mentoring team members to support their professional growth.
  • Visual Merchandising

    • Ensuring the store is visually appealing and aligned with branding.
    • Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to implement displays.
  • Inventory Management

    • Working closely with inventory teams to manage stock levels efficiently.
    • Assisting in the planning of product assortments and promotional displays.
  • Performance Analysis

    • Analyzing sales metrics and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Providing feedback to upper management regarding team performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery or high-end fashion.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury market and customer preferences.
