Our client is a well-known privet hospital, they are now looking for an Assistant Administration Director to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director in strategic planning and management of general administration, human resources, and marketing to support the hospital’s growth objectives.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and management, including monitoring performance outcomes, evaluating team efficiency, and recommending improvements to processes and policies for maximum effectiveness.
- Work with the HR department to plan and manage recruitment, selection, development, and retention of quality staff, promoting training and skill development to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
- Plan and oversee marketing strategies within and outside the hospital to promote services and enhance the hospital’s image, including creating advertising plans, public relations activities, and related events.
- Oversee and coordinate with various hospital departments, including medical and support departments like HR and marketing, to align operations with organizational goals.
- Guide and promote a positive workplace culture, fostering teamwork and creating a conducive work environment.
- Act as a leader in planning and implementing internal communications to build understanding and collaboration across teams, including disseminating important information.
- Advise and support executives in business data analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making for HR and marketing in line with the hospital’s goals and policies.
- Work with the finance department in managing and controlling budgets for marketing and resource development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support sustainable operations and development of the hospital.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD) with a valid medical license; a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Hospital Administration is an advantage.
- Aged 35-50, with 3-10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare management.
- Proficiency in general administration, organizational management, human resources, marketing services, corporate communication, and effective strategic marketing planning.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work with personnel at all levels, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards advancing organizational development.
