Our client provides global supply chain solutions for medical packaging.
Responsibilities
- Performing equipment and new product qualifications.
- Managing the maintenance of production equipment.
- Documenting new processes and work instructions.
- Planning and managing work processes to ensure compliance with procedures or predefined requirements, including ISO or other regulatory standards for cleanroom operations.
- Filing and controlling engineering specifications and customer documents.
- Creating and managing new customer accounts.
- Creating and managing new vendor accounts.
- Handling contract management.
- Supervising and leading the Operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the property and facilities.
- Overseeing building facilities, including asset enhancement, supervision of contractors, client liaison, and facility operations.
- Addressing feedback and service requests from clients and coordinating with contractors on all maintenance matters.
- Compiling, collating, and analysing operational data and reports for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or university degree or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management.
- Project management experience.
- Proficient in Visio, MS applications, and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ISO procedures and the development of quality procedures and work instructions.
