We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for 12 distribution centres across Thailand. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing strategies to optimize channel performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the financial performance of 12 distribution centres, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Developing and implementing channel strategies that align with overall business goals and market trends.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to channel performance.
- Working closely with operations teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Providing support and training to distribution centre teams to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of solid working experience in the beverage field and managing the distribution centre.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong in business development, sales management, P&L, and distribution centre management.
- Excellent in managing teams with a good command of English.
