Responsibilities
- Controlling, monitoring, and distributing repair work to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with the company's standard procedures.
- Informing the service advisors of the number of vehicles undergoing repairs at the service centre, categorized by type.
- Managing and tracking the repair status of vehicles for each technician.
- Preparing reports and updating supervisors on various repair statuses.
- Inspecting and maintaining special tools and equipment in the store to ensure they meet established standards.
- Controlling and verifying claim documents to comply with company standards.
- Managing and overseeing the storage of spare parts and claim documents for the past year.
- Staying updated on new information from the company, competitors, products, marketing, and after-sales service.
- Maintaining the company’s image and striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Has 2 years up in after-sales service management or related fields.
- Has work experience in Automotive, Japan or Europe car
- Strong skills in task management and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
- Good command in English will be an advantage.
