Our client is an international manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing utility and facility systems, including daily operations, preventive maintenance, system improvements, cost control, project management, staff management, and training.
- Ensuring the execution of preventive maintenance while managing maintenance costs effectively.
- Leading initiatives to improve utility systems that have been in service for over 20 years.
- Managing the provision of spare parts, materials, and tools to support both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training the utility team to enhance their knowledge, skills, and professional attributes.
- Utilizing the SAP module platform to initiate work orders for various functions, including coating, printing, finishing lines, and utility systems, defining the scope and analyzing required planning levels.
- Identifying specific safety hazards associated with proposed work and implementing mitigation measures.
- Estimating the required hours, total duration, and skills needed for work order tasks.
- Compiling necessary engineering documents, specifications, and drawings for maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring the closure of all work orders and maintenance log items upon task completion.
- Prioritizing work orders and developing time plans to ensure timely completion.
- Participating in planning activities, including scope definition, scheduling, coordination, risk management, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitating evaluation sessions with production managers, and providing data to track TPM implementation progress.
- Performing any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related fields).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in utility systems, facility systems, project management, and energy-saving initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with chillers, air compressors, boilers, and dust collectors.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in maintenance, including PM planning, breakdown support, problem-solving, corrective and preventive maintenance, project improvements, and spare parts management.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in English communication.
