Job Description

Our client is a leading local aesthetic clinic in Thailand. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Designing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the clinic’s services, ensuring growth in customer base and brand recognition.
  • Campaign Management: Leading the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media) to drive client engagement and clinic traffic.
  • Brand Management: Developing and maintaining the clinic's brand identity, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Managing online presence including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Content Creation: Collaborating with content creators to develop engaging promotional materials, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and ads.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implementing and managing CRM systems to track customer data, and engagement, and ensure personalized communication.
  • Market Research: Conducting regular market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences.
  • Event Management: Planning and managing promotional events, workshops, and community outreach activities to enhance brand exposure.
  • Budget Management: Managing marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as medical staff, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing marketing data and metrics (conversion rates, ROI, customer feedback) to adjust strategies for optimal performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field, a master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics industry. Previous experience with digital marketing, brand management, and content creation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetics and beauty industry, including customer demographics, popular treatments, and emerging trends.
