Job Responsibilities
- Building and managing proper relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners via calls, visits, lines, etc.
- Identifying business opportunities with both existing and new partners.
- Developing and executing the plan for Promotion & Campaign and Special Event for the annual activity calendar/marketing calendar to be in line with a new product launch, business growth, and seasonal sales for retail partners.
- Planning and executing product training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually for the retail partners.
- Monitoring sales goals and delivering key results as agreed with the supervisor, evaluating and identifying trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in Modern trade and retail business.
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
