Job Responsibilities
  • Building and managing proper relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners via calls, visits, lines, etc.
  • Identifying business opportunities with both existing and new partners.
  • Developing and executing the plan for Promotion & Campaign and Special Event for the annual activity calendar/marketing calendar to be in line with a new product launch, business growth, and seasonal sales for retail partners.
  • Planning and executing product training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually for the retail partners.
  • Monitoring sales goals and delivering key results as agreed with the supervisor, evaluating and identifying trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within a company and outside.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in Modern trade and retail business.
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
