Job Description

• Assist in the design and layout of the warehouse to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency. 
• Ensure proper signage and labeling systems are in place. 
• Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. 
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. 
• Manage inventory rotation to minimize product obsolescence. 
• Team management. 
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). 
• Schedule regular maintenance and repairs. 
• Monitor warehouse expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction. 
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. 
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role from electronic parts manufacturing. 
• Experience in setting up new warehouses will be given a priority. 
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software. 
• Strong organizational and planning skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Experience with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
