Job Description

Our client has been engaged in leading entertainment ticket distribution company.  

They are now looking for a suitable candidate to join them in the position of Project Manager (Online Event - Nonthaburi). 

Job Description

  • Event Planning and Management: Being responsible for planning all event details from start to finish, including concept development, setting objectives, selecting venues, and sourcing necessary resources.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the company’s representative in client negotiations, ensuring that client needs and expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Budget Management: Controlling the event budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget.  (All Events, Live Shows, Concert, Shopping and Seminar and others.) 
  • Team Management: Coordinating and overseeing various teams such as venue management, design, catering, and PR to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Time Management: Developing and implementing project timelines to ensure the event progresses as scheduled.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the projects.
  • Supervising production and installation operations according to plans or projects. including liaising with customers and/or other parties relevant until the work or project is achieved to the satisfaction of the customer. within budget, cost, quality and time.
  • Progress Reporting: Preparing progress updates and post-event reports to inform clients and management of event outcomes.
  • Working 5 Days/Week. (9.00 - 18.00 Hrs.)

Qualifications

  • Not over 40 years old with at least a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Management, or Business Administration).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event or Project Management.
  • Strong planning, time management, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing (Social Networking, SEO, SEM, EDM, E&M Commerce, etc.).
  • Ability to handle problems and manage risks effectively.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
