Job Description

Our client specializes in the automotive leasing and financing business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Controlling and supervising the litigation process, both Civil cases and criminal cases, compromise process both before and during and after the prosecution, judgement, until the process of investigation and execution.
  • Preparing the criteria for hiring outsourcing companies, regulations, setting the collection fee, service fee, and check of expenses according to the service agreement.
  • Controlling, supervising, and recovering bad debt and debtor sales loss (Collected, assigned to outsourced companies).
  • Considering recruiting/selecting outsourcing companies, preparing service agreements, and preparing a power of attorney.
  • Checking the recording of results reports of the auction of confiscated repossessed cars, Debt Collected, and Legal Action.
  • Checking the progress. Vehicles that are seized by government departments in criminal cases.
  • Handling the fieldwork in case of visits and external inspecting the OA/OLA Office, various government departments, fact-checking in case of criminal cases, etc.
  • Summarizing the monthly performance report.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality, male or female, 39-45 years old.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or any field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in telecall operation as a supervisor above.
  • Can solve problems and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
