Duties & Responsibilities
- Controlling and supervising the litigation process, both Civil cases and criminal cases, compromise process both before and during and after the prosecution, judgement, until the process of investigation and execution.
- Preparing the criteria for hiring outsourcing companies, regulations, setting the collection fee, service fee, and check of expenses according to the service agreement.
- Controlling, supervising, and recovering bad debt and debtor sales loss (Collected, assigned to outsourced companies).
- Considering recruiting/selecting outsourcing companies, preparing service agreements, and preparing a power of attorney.
- Checking the recording of results reports of the auction of confiscated repossessed cars, Debt Collected, and Legal Action.
- Checking the progress. Vehicles that are seized by government departments in criminal cases.
- Handling the fieldwork in case of visits and external inspecting the OA/OLA Office, various government departments, fact-checking in case of criminal cases, etc.
- Summarizing the monthly performance report.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, male or female, 39-45 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field or any field.
- At least 10 years of experience in telecall operation as a supervisor above.
- Can solve problems and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
