Our client is a leading supplier of the FMCG business.
Responsibilities
- Developing quality engineering, drafting of analysis and statistics reports.
- Determining testing and examination methods for phototypes and trail samples.
- Participating in test plans, test regulations, test procedures and tools to improve the quality method, and system of quality in processing line and preparing and improving the quality assurance documents.
- Coordinating with cross-function teams to handle waste nonconformity material and product reduction.
- Managing holdback product and all sorting activities effectively such as manpower, manhours, sorting cost and developing performance of the sorting team.
- Managing process quality improvement which is aligned with Quality Assurance, Quality control systems, and food safety systems.
- Determining influence concerning the introduction of technological innovations in the area of plant quality management regarding process improvement in the company and general quality improvement.
- Directing quality-related extraordinary events (e.g. procedure, process quality, defect analysis, etc.).
- Providing consultation with all departments about quality matters and supporting effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings and other areas appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master's degree in Engineering fields.
- Experienced at least 5 years in Quality Assurance Management in a manufacturing business type.
- Experienced in process improvement, and program/project improvement.
- Fluent in analysis skills by having statistical analysis tool competency.
- Good command of English (Writing and Speaking).
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP).
- Good interpersonal and accurate communication, personality strong leadership, and collaborative manner.
- Experienced in Food or Packaging quality compliance systems such as BRC, GMP, HACCP, and Halal are advantages.
