Job Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) ensuring compliance with relevant food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GHP FSSC 22000, BRC, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Leading internal and external audits, ensuring that all audit findings are addressed, and corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitoring and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are compliant with the latest food safety standards and regulations.
  • Creating standard drive accurate records and documentation of all quality and safety processes, audit results, corrective actions, and certifications.
  • Managing and controlling daily operations including supplier quality monitoring, incoming quality control, manufacturing process management, outgoing quality assurance and finished product reliability.
  • Ensuring all activities in the Quality Management System to maintain the effectiveness of all functions of the operations.
  • Tracking and addressing any identified defects, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and followed through following company policies.
  • Handling other tasks assigned by your Manager.

Qualifications

  • 30-40 years old, Thai.
  • Bachelor or higher degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QC, QMS and Food Safety such as BRC/GMP/HACCP from Food Manufacturing is a must.
  • Strong knowledge and background in BRC/GMP are a must.
  • Has experience in coordinating with related governments.
  • The ability to work independently and set up a new factory would be an advantage.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the management team.
  • Ability to work at Ayuthaya, Thailand.
