Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the warehouse area, developing and implementing warehousing systems such as location control, FIFO, 5S, etc.
  • Managing and controlling the operation of receiving and material supply areas.
  • Managing inventory control.
  • Defining warehouse targets to support company goals.
  • Managing the department budget to achieve targets.
  • Ensuring the warehouse area complies with food safety and safety standards in all working areas.
  • Managing and controlling raw material inventory based on planning results to align with company standards, minimizing inventory costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in warehouse management, logistics management, or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of warehouse and logistics management experience.
  • Effective knowledge and deployment of warehousing and resources.
  • Strong delegation, assignment, monitoring, and follow-up skills within the warehouse.
  • Experience with warehouse management software (e.g., MWS, M3).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude, service-oriented mindset, and honesty.
  • Project management skills.
