Job Description

Our client is a leader in luxury watch retail in Thailand.

Job Description:

  • Handling After Sales Service (repair service, return service, defective service).
  • Managing and processing spare part orders and taking care of services to Pendulum.
  • Controlling inventory and ordering stock such as paper bags, drinking water, pouches, etc.
  • Summarizing service centre reports.
  • Supporting technicians while receiving walk-in customers at the service centre.
  • Managing schedules to transfer repaired watches to agents and ensuring correct stock counts for repaired watches. Reviewing repair watches as needed.
  • Summarizing brand incentives and trade agreements.
  • Liaising with the security company Secom (handling alarm and CCTV issues).
  • Preparing meeting minutes and handling administrative tasks.
  • Performing any other operational and sales-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, after-sales service, or operations.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Experience in customer service within logistics is also considered a plus.
