Our client is a leader in luxury watch retail in Thailand.
Job Description:
- Handling After Sales Service (repair service, return service, defective service).
- Managing and processing spare part orders and taking care of services to Pendulum.
- Controlling inventory and ordering stock such as paper bags, drinking water, pouches, etc.
- Summarizing service centre reports.
- Supporting technicians while receiving walk-in customers at the service centre.
- Managing schedules to transfer repaired watches to agents and ensuring correct stock counts for repaired watches. Reviewing repair watches as needed.
- Summarizing brand incentives and trade agreements.
- Liaising with the security company Secom (handling alarm and CCTV issues).
- Preparing meeting minutes and handling administrative tasks.
- Performing any other operational and sales-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, after-sales service, or operations.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer service within logistics is also considered a plus.
