Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify development opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to find new prospects.
- Evaluating potential sites, including location, zoning, and infrastructure.
- Negotiating purchase agreements to secure favourable terms.
- Overseeing the acquisition process from start to finish.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in real estate development or acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the Thai industrial property market, knowledge of the property market, and good connection with agencies and local agencies.
- Proven success in site acquisition, and proficient experience in the working process.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, Independent and able to work across teams.
- Good English Communication and familiarity with fast-paced environment.
