Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Leading day-to-day mall operations, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for shoppers and tenants.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and supporting their operational needs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and conducting regular inspections.
- Developing and managing the facilities budget, overseeing contracts and procurement for services.
- Leading and mentoring a team of facilities staff, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Overseeing tenant lease agreements and ensuring adherence to building policies.
- Implementing preventive maintenance strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management or related fields.
- Experience in the retail industry would be an advantage.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Well-organized, proactive and good management skills.
