Our client is a global automotive parts manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary technical liaison for customers, addressing technical questions and requirements during the RFQ process and product development phases.
• Actively participating in S0 meetings for assigned customers within the same region.
• Contributing to the offer phase as a core/expert team member, conducting feasibility analyses and suggesting project modifications when needed to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Assisting in preparing and presenting technical meetings to customers.
• Reviewing and verifying final CAD data developed and approved by the RA product engineer, ensuring compatibility with the vehicle packaging environment, and handling customer "release". 
• Actively participating in Design Reviews, especially during Design Review 1, to ensure a smooth handover of information from the RFQ phase.
• Conducting pre-evaluation of customer technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience with plastic materials and manufacturing technologies.
• Experience working with automotive customers.
• Proficiency in 3D software design.
• Knowledge of OEM processes and general requirements.
• Strong English communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to support production development and collaborate closely with automotive customers, sometimes requiring on-site support.
• Reporting Line: Reports to the project team in China and works closely with the sales team.
