Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing an end-to-end deal-hunting process for the Flash Sale channel. Designing the deals hunting criteria and process to maximize the sales on the channel.
- Working closely with the local team and regional commercial team to identify and grow new strategic assortment from key sellers.
- Incubating and expanding the pool of eligible sellers to ensure sustainable growth.
- Maintaining the quality of the products featured on the channel by establishing operation standards to create a good customer experience.
- Utilizing data to monitor the performance and present insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and data visualization skills, SQL would be a plus.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Able to accept a one-year contract (renewable every year).
