Job Description
General:
- Maintaining a professional attitude and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Knowing the product well to answer questions and handle complaints.
- Providing accurate information and following company policies.
- Collaborating with the Customer Service team for repairs and after-sales service.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Frontline Customer Service – Receiving:
- Providing after-sales service to walk-in customers.
- Managing incoming calls and customer issues with watches.
- Communicating with technical colleagues on complaints.
- Preparing receipts using the WSA system.
Frontline Customer Service – Collection:
- Checking and preparing watches after workshop completion.
- Contacting customers for collection and preparing invoices.
- Explaining work done on watches and collecting payments.
Email:
- Sending and responding to customer emails, including quotations.
- Following up on pending emails and notifying customers of ready watches.
Displaying of Watches:
- Displaying and maintaining watches in showrooms daily.
- Ensuring watches are clean and recorded correctly.
- Cleaning display showcases.
Laundry Recording:
- Receiving and counting laundry from the vendor thrice a week.
- Ensuring accuracy in laundry counts and invoices.
- Submitting monthly invoices for payment.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong background in all aspects of customer service and the luxury/high-end goods domain.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain positive relations with staff and customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in both individual and team-oriented environments.
- Well-organized, team player with a positive attitude.
- Customer service-oriented, conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, and keen to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Proficiency in working on a computer, including MS Word and Excel.
