Job Summary
The Modern Trade Channel Supervisor is responsible for executing sales and promotional activities within the modern trade channel. This role focuses on supporting daily operations, monitoring sales data, implementing promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. The Supervisor supports the Assistant Manager and Key Account Manager by driving operational-level activities.
Responsibilities
- Leading development and execution of customer marketing plans that deliver on channel, profit/volume plan, market share goals and meet customer objectives.
- Maintaining daily communication with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Assisting in the execution of in-store promotions and new product launches.
- Coordinating the materials and resources needed for the execution of sales and promotional activities
- Leading Modern Trade Sales team to achieve company goals both revenue and profit.
- Planning short-term and long-term Modern Trade Sales strategies and ensuring successful execution.
- Managing the assigned key modern trade account actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable profitable growth and increase sales capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or promotion within the FMCG industry.
- Basic analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for supporting the team.
- Basic proficiency in English (speaking and writing) and computer literacy.
