Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring the fulfilment of all customer requirements under contractual agreements.
- Reviewing, establishing, and implementing the company's strategic direction for Operational Administration.
- Managing teams with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, as well as customer requirements.
- Improving and cultivating lasting relationships with customers.
- Handling people management.
- Being the principal motivator of staff development and discipline.
- Supervising the admin team and providing guidance and support.
- Motivating the staff by setting motivating targets and conducting performance evaluations.
- Continually striving to enhance the skills of the workforce through training programs, and total quality management.
- Effectively managing resources, and encompassing the recruitment, training and coaching of admin staff.
- Collaborating with both internal and external departments related to the department's functions.
- Reporting:
- Providing timely, precise, and comprehensive reports such as invoices and KPIs for internal and external use.
- Updating the effective performance report for the Chief Operating Officer.
- Working on ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors within the specified timeframe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- A mature person with a practical nature and good leadership qualities, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, and familiarity with SAP and/or WMS programs (preferable).
- At least 5 years in management roles in a multinational environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
