Job Responsibilities

  • Anchoring the account operations and order processing journey for the company's gifts clients (order fulfilment, troubleshooting, administration issues, client support etc.).
  • Owning and managing the daily operations processes, including but not limited to:
    • Order form creation.
    • Salesforce entry.
    • Invoice request and payment management.
    • Voucher request and drawdown management.
    • Post-sale support (dispute resolution, voucher redemption issues, etc).
  • Working with multiple cross-functional teams to execute daily tasks, including but not limited to Country Finance, Grab Support, Central Operations, etc.
  • Handling any other sales support matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years as a sales representative within a fast-paced and competitive B2B, SaaS, enterprise, corporate or startup environment. Ability to work independently.
  • An ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
  • Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks against deadlines.
  • Familiarity with client experience tools (Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, Tableau reporting dashboards) is a plus.
  • Basic Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt, etc.), GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), and CRM (Salesforce) skills.
  • Able to communicate in Thai and English.
