Job Description

• Initiating strategies for social media content.
• Arranging weekly meetings with TM and the business unit for content idea creation.
• Developing monthly social media content plan.
• Developing performance reports to the Marketing Communication Manager resulting from social media data, e-campaign performance, e-market research, and social listening.
• Monitoring, assessing impact, and identifying solutions to grow target audience.

 Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with a proven record in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing various digital media platforms e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Youtube. LinkedIn will be an advantage.
• Experience in planning across digital platforms including understanding target audience demographics, behaviour, and placements for maximum reach and impact.
• Copywriting and ability to tailor content for different digital platforms, incorporating brand essence and best practices of each platform.
• Online campaign optimization. Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting strategies.
• Hands-on experience in campaign development and execution
• SEO experience for improving organic search ranking.
