Job Description

Our customers design, manufacture, and distribute packaging machinery, with their headquarters based in Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Being the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
  • Travel planning for the Managing Director, Operations Manager, or as assigned.
  • Providing email support related to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinating with the executive team and HQ in Italy to facilitate efficient and effective firm-wide operations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases and contact lists.
  • Performing office administrative duties eg. maintaining and replacing office equipment and supplies, liaising with different parties as necessary, ad-hoc daily operations tasks, etc.
  • Taking minutes if required.
  • Preparing presentations/ proposals if required.
  • Arranging both internal and external events if required.
  • Providing administration support to the service department and senior management.
  • Supporting Company and Business License tasks, BOI, Foreign Business License, and facility management tasks as required.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Excellent communication in Thai and English with effective written and verbal communication skills (both languages at proficiency level).
  • A self-starter, an independent worker but being able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and keep up with pace, follow through, and respect deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, problem-solving skills, and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Good service mind, able to work under pressure, and keep confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and capability in working with personnel at all management levels including overseas teams.
  • Computer skill in Microsoft Office and ERP software is a plus.
