Our client is a global FMCG company in Thailand.
The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Product Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Leading brand marketing strategy, NPD direction, concept and execution plan in order to drive the brand Net Sales, Market Share and uplift product brand equity
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
- Planning and execution of all communication platforms and media actions on all channels to gain new following global guidelines.
- Being responsible for all ATL & BTL activities (TVC, Print, Activation, Digital & PR, POSM, Sleever, KOL Review) to ensure all the execution is implemented effectively according to the marketing plan.
- Leading cross-functions to implement integrated campaigns, and align priorities for each category to ensure the implementation at store level is implemented according to brand direction.
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
- Providing monthly portfolio performance analysis with an actionable plan.
- Creating competitor and customer insights analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Business, Advertising, Marketing and Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ or Market Research.
- Strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts.
- Hands-on attitude and analytically driven.
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and Nielsen.
