Responsibilities

• Being part of the packaging team and interfacing with Customers. Leading the packaging team to the different locations (Chonburi - Pathum Thani).
• Monitoring and following up on the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Tracking and managing the usage of materials, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
• Working closely with the production team to develop and implement efficient work schedules for both production and packaging activities.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance. efficiency in the production and packaging processes.
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the shift.
• Striving for continuous improvement in overall shift performance.
• Quality Control: Implementing and overseeing quality control measures to ensure that packaging meets industry standards and protects products during transit.
• Conducting regular inspections of packaging processes and materials to identify and address issues promptly.
• Ensuring proper labelling, documentation, and compliance with shipping regulations. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic or related field.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, including project-specific logistics challenges.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or logistic engineer in a supply chain management business.
• Proficiency in logistics software and technology for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Forklift driving License.
• Car Driving License.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
