Job Description

• Managing all export and import activities in Thailand and facilitating smooth operations between Thailand and Singapore.
• Overseeing logistics operations in Thailand and Singapore to ensure seamless supply chain management.
• Analyzing shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing supply chain documentation.
• Providing training and guidance to team members on supply chain best practices, with a focus on Cold Chain integrity.
• Proactively resolving supply chain issues such as delivery delays and accidents to minimize disruptions.
• Developing cost-effective solutions to optimize supply chain processes in Thailand and Singapore.
• Communicating effectively with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and profitability.
• Evaluating and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop coordinated plans for business expansion and growth in Thailand and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10 years+ of experience in supply chain management in the food and beverage industry, experience with fresh produce is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of Cold Chain logistics is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply chain issues.
• Good command of English.
