Our client is a start-up manufacturer of beverages in Thailand. The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Supply Chain Planning Manager to join the team.

Job Description

• Acting as leader of the strategic planning and execution of all supply chain activities.
• Leading the development and implementation of demand forecasts to ensure optimal production levels and customer satisfaction.
• Optimizing raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory by establishing and maintaining efficient control systems.
• Driving continuous improvement in purchasing processes by negotiating supplier contracts, managing lead times, and securing cost-effective sourcing.
• Overseeing production planning to maintain alignment with demand forecasts and resource availability.
• Leveraging data analytics to identify trends, predict potential disruptions, and recommend proactive supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in supply chain planning within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing procurement, demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory control.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Experience with supply chain management software.
• Willing to relocate to Chiang Mai and able to work 6 days a week (flexible time).
• Good command of English
