Our client is one of the leading educational technology companies in Thailand.
They are expanding their business and looking for a TA Supervisor to be a part of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online and offline channels.
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Managing and supervising subordinates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the recruitment or talent acquisition field.
- Has experience in team management.
- Experience in a start-up company is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
