Our client is one of the leading educational technology companies in Thailand.

They are expanding their business and looking for a TA Supervisor to be a part of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online and offline channels.
• Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
• Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Managing and supervising subordinates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in the recruitment or talent acquisition field.
• Has experience in team management.
• Experience in a start-up company is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
