Job Description

1. Compensation and Benefits Strategy:

  • Defining a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation package aligned with the company’s strategy and business goals.
  • Developing a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
  • Ensuring that compensation practices comply with current legislation (equal pay, human rights, etc).

2. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Managing bonus programs and employee schedules, attendance records, and vacation requests.

3. Performance Evaluation System Management:

  • Implementing and managing an effective performance evaluation system.
  • Aligning performance management with compensation strategies.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyzing salary data and preparing insightful reports for management.
  • Identifying trends and areas for improvement.

5. Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Designing compensation and benefits policies (grading system, job evaluation system, etc) aligned with corporate culture and values.
  • Integrating C&B policies into the onboarding process for new employees.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaising with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
