Job Description
1. Compensation and Benefits Strategy:
- Defining a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation package aligned with the company’s strategy and business goals.
- Developing a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
- Ensuring that compensation practices comply with current legislation (equal pay, human rights, etc).
2. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Managing bonus programs and employee schedules, attendance records, and vacation requests.
3. Performance Evaluation System Management:
- Implementing and managing an effective performance evaluation system.
- Aligning performance management with compensation strategies.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyzing salary data and preparing insightful reports for management.
- Identifying trends and areas for improvement.
5. Policy Development and Implementation:
- Designing compensation and benefits policies (grading system, job evaluation system, etc) aligned with corporate culture and values.
- Integrating C&B policies into the onboarding process for new employees.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaising with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Participating in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in compensation and benefits.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
