The Marketing Manager will lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Neuroscience medical device product portfolio. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, product development, and overall marketing performance of your unit.
- Being able to facilitate communication and collaboration between the Marketing Team and the Commercial Team.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for activities in both the downstream and upstream sectors.
- Crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans for the portfolio, to achieve targets related to revenue, gross margin, operating profit, and market share.
- Taking the lead in Thailand Marketing by engaging in discussions and participating in activities with Asia Teams and Global teams.
- Taking charge of product planning, product launches, product management, market development, and market research efforts.
- Providing support for the introduction of new businesses in Thailand through close collaboration with Sales leaders.
- Working independently or collaboratively within a team to suggest actions, create schedules, plan projects, estimate costs, and oversee project management until completion.
- Additionally, handling responsibilities may encompass tasks such as coordinating trade show activities, overseeing website development, formulating future e-commerce strategies, and monitoring marketing campaigns to assess outcomes, ultimately offering recommendations for future marketing promotions.
- A bachelor's degree coupled with at least 7 years of experience.
- Ideally, prior experience in the Neuroscience portfolio is greatly favored.
- Demonstrated strength in business understanding and strategic adaptability.
- A positive and approachable demeanor, with a willingness to embrace an international or multinational corporate culture.
- Fluent in English.
