Job Description

Our client is a leading global provider of Medical Devices. This company is comprised of professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing their devices to their customers.

The Marketing Manager will lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Neuroscience medical device product portfolio. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, product development, and overall marketing performance of your unit.

Responsibilities

  • Being able to facilitate communication and collaboration between the Marketing Team and the Commercial Team.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for activities in both the downstream and upstream sectors.
  • Crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans for the portfolio, to achieve targets related to revenue, gross margin, operating profit, and market share.
  • Taking the lead in Thailand Marketing by engaging in discussions and participating in activities with Asia Teams and Global teams.
  • Taking charge of product planning, product launches, product management, market development, and market research efforts.
  • Providing support for the introduction of new businesses in Thailand through close collaboration with Sales leaders.
  • Working independently or collaboratively within a team to suggest actions, create schedules, plan projects, estimate costs, and oversee project management until completion.
  • Additionally, handling responsibilities may encompass tasks such as coordinating trade show activities, overseeing website development, formulating future e-commerce strategies, and monitoring marketing campaigns to assess outcomes, ultimately offering recommendations for future marketing promotions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree coupled with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Ideally, prior experience in the Neuroscience portfolio is greatly favored.
  • Demonstrated strength in business understanding and strategic adaptability.
  • A positive and approachable demeanor, with a willingness to embrace an international or multinational corporate culture.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
