Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting media strategy for a marketing communication campaign to drive brand awareness to reach the target.
  • Managing and controlling category campaign production and communication with the relevant department in small and large formats.
  • Choosing the best media outlet combination for different campaigns promptly.
  • Supporting and managing the team for special delivery documents.
  • Supporting and managing new stores and renovating stores media.
  • Collaborating with the external (Media agency, Media Partner) to get media as expected and on time.
  • Supporting and managing store media requirements or problems via the Helpdesk and the other platforms.
  • Supporting and collaborating on in-store media vendor projects.

Qualifications / Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
  • At least 1 year of direct experience and above in the media field.
  • Knowledge in planning & developing strategies including communication development, media or dealing with advertising agencies.
  • Microsoft Office, Vlook up and Pivot required.
  • Creativity and Positive working attitude.
  • Effective in working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of a range of offline media platforms.
