Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing marketing budgets across various channels to achieve business objectives.
- Handling offline and online marketing (80% offline, 20% online).
- Coordinating with suppliers for marketing materials such as POP, displays, light boxes, LED screens, etc.
- Monitoring performance and coordinating with KOLs.
- Assisting in planning and managing marketing promotions throughout the year within the given budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in offline marketing within the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industries.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate in English.
