We are looking for a Head of Marketing who is passionate about building beauty and personal care brands that stand out. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ready to shape the future of a growing startup in the Beauty & Personal Care space.
As our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy and execution of all marketing efforts—balancing the creative with the analytical, the strategic with the operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and execution of holistic marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and business growth.
- Overseeing all marketing operations, including brand, digital, content, PR, and trade marketing.
- Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- Planning and managing the annual marketing budget with a strong ROI-driven mindset.
- Building, coaching, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
- Driving innovative digital campaigns across platforms, with a strong focus on performance marketing and content strategy.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Management to align on business goals.
- Owning brand storytelling—crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in marketing, with a strong track record in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proven experience in both strategy development and hands-on execution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
