Job Description
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the clinic will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing strategy, customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth. This role requires a results-driven leader with expertise in performance marketing, customer insights, digital strategy, and P&L management to ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Strengthening our brand positioning as a premium aesthetic clinic through innovative campaigns, PR, and influencer collaborations.
- Overseeing 360-degree marketing across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Leading data-driven performance marketing, including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Leveraging analytics tools to track ROI on marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing ad spend and conversion funnels.
- P&L Management & Revenue Growth
- Taking ownership of P&L related to marketing investments, ensuring efficiency in budget allocation and maximizing profitability.
- Developing pricing strategies and promotions that align with business objectives and market demand while maintaining brand prestige.
- Working closely with the finance team to analyze sales forecasts, marketing ROI, and revenue impact of promotional activities.
- Customer Experience & Loyalty
- Enhancing the overall customer journey and patient experience to increase retention, referrals, and brand advocacy.
- Implementing loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives to boost repeat visits and long-term brand affinity.
- Leveraging customer feedback and data analytics to refine service offerings and marketing messaging.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Leading and developing a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
- Collaborating with medical professionals, operations, and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business execution.
- Managing relationships with agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Aesthetic, Luxury, FMCG, or Beauty industries.
- Proven track record in performance marketing, digital strategy, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies.
- Expertise in data analytics, marketing automation, and customer insights.
- Leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills.
